The pallet’s fully welded sump eliminates gaps where spills could escape, ensuring reliable containment of leaks or overflows. The sump’s capacity is designed to hold the contents of a standard IBC tank, providing saftey for storing hazardous fluids.
Crafted from high-quality steel, the pallet offers exceptional strength and durability, supporting the weight of a full IBC tank. The steel is resistant to impact and wear, making it suitable for long-term use in harsh industrial environments.
The galvanized steel grate is removable, allowing easy access to the sump for cleaning. The grate also provides a stable surface for the IBC tank, preventing it from shifting during storage or loading/unloading.
The pallet is designed for standard IBC tanks, with dimensions of 1725mm * 1450mm. It fits most rectangular IBC tanks commonly used in industrial and commercial settings.
Simply remove the galvanized grate to access the sump. Remove any collected liquid using a pump or wet/dry vacuum, then use a broom, mop, or scraper to clean up solid residue. Ensure the sump is dry before placing the grate.
The pallet is built to support the weight of a fully loaded 1000L IBC tank (approximately 1200kg, including the tank and fluid). Check the tank’s total weight before use to ensure compliance.
